thickness setting knobs, so you can make dough from 2-5mm thick as you need.
The blade attachment of this pasta-making machine shouldn't
be washed in water or put in the dishwasher. Residual moisture will corrode the
blades and shorten their life. We recommend using a brush or wooden stick, or
if you don't have one, you can use a toothpick to remove any remaining dough.
